Well, here we are. It seems to be the end of the line for Fusion, at least until the possible 2008. I had a lot of fun over the past few years, and I'm sure most of you did as well. There are a few reasons that we have decided not to continue on with the convention this year. The main reason is that we all have full time classes and various other commitments, and simply do not have the time for it.

I am personally a bit dissapointed, as I would have liked to see Fusion grow. There are a few things that I've been wanting to get off my chest for a while, and I guess now would be an alright time to do it, since no one comes to our site anymore anyway.

If you are thinking about running your own convention, I have one piece of advice for you: don't do it. There are many reasons not to, but at the request of the Fusion co-owners and partially because of my own discrescion, have decided not to talk about them here. I would probably come off sounding way too bitter about it all anyway. If you're that interested, e-mail me at Clay@FusionGC.com or AIM me at droppinplates10.

We may be doing some small events or maybe even a Fusion 2008, so keep checking back. Also, Maxx St. Clair owes me $20 for those D&D NES games.
